If I didn’t hear so much about bashing news agencies and who own them as part of it yes I would still be pissed one forigner two it’s Russia. But with the criticism of others it’s kinda hypocrisy.
They were there for the same thing. If they just wanted to slowly dance and be peaceful don’t go up with a protest group. Again I am not saying I back it just I understand its not so simple. It just should people not have special areas that are ment to be peaceful for reflection.
I have not had time to look into this but I’m sure people peacefully dancing or sudden but like I said I haven’t had a chance to look into why the law came about

Now I know that wiki is not agreat source but at work. Little look rt critics

Maybe I’m weird but personally a forign nations backed news source planning protest of American citizens against the American goverment. More so Russia. Russia is actually organizing Americans protesting America! That is happening. I mean Putin is good you have to give him that.
Now what would you say if America publicly owned a news outlet and that outlet had a reputation for being anti that country and planned it’s citizens protesting it’s own country?

I do hear you on the Russia Today issue–it’s difficult to come to a conclusion about their legitimacy.
The KGB knows a lot about propaganda, that can’t be argued with any logic.
That being said, there are major holes in American media that need to be filled by other entities; RT is part of that, for better or worse.

So your support both state run news outlets and forgin outlets starting protest in other countries(known propaganda that do want to help there image and hurt others) as long as it’s something you support??
I just think of all the times you called out this corporation for being owned by these people and so own. And now you spread a Russian own news outlets protest against America.

the CFR example is fair (man you have a good memory…), and you’re right–I don’t really care to read much from them.
when a US Veteran gets body slammed and a Russian (Putin) news network starts covering the subsequent non-violent protests you can count on me caring more about the content than the source

You’re comparing a violent overthrow of a country (google: “cia overthrow in Iran” if you’re not aware) sponsored by our CIA to a foreign country running a news article criticizing a mad-dog police force?!
you can debate if those guys were violating someone else’s rights to quiet reflection if you like but bro, come on…

So should people be able and play loud music and dance in the libary congress.
I get the freedom of expreaction but should people not be able and have places of peace and reflection. Our dose the majority have to suffer and lose that special place of reflection if a minority choose to?
Not even saying I am on one side or another I just don’t think it’s as one sided as people are making it out to.
