When we the people petitioned the U.S. government for redress of grievances, why were we ignored?

When Bob Schultz tried to sue the U.S. government over the 2008 bailout, why did the courts say he did not have any standing in law? (And therefor denied his case).

The argument presented at the Continental Congress, was that the current U.S. government does not have to abide by the Constitution, because it is a corporate entity (established by the Act of 1871). Plus, the fourteenth amendment created a corporate citizenship, foreign to the citizenship established by the organic Constitution.

The intent of the Continental Congress was to document the people’s petitions for redress of grievances, which have gone unanswered for many years now. I joined Bruce Ray Riggs, and others, to add an article to the Articles of Freedom that would address the issue of corporate government and 14th amendment citizenship. There was a hard push back against this effort, and the article we presented was defeated by one or two votes, at 2:30am on the last night of voting.

Whether the history presented by the Republic for the united States of America is true or not, (regarding the Republic being pushed aside for a corporate Democracy in 1871), the fact remains that the government operating in Washington D.C. has repeatedly insulted the people with its violations of the Constitution, and especially by its refusal to acknowledge the people’s petitions for redress of grievances and the Articles of Freedom.

Re-read the Declaration of Independence. We surely are suffering the same, if not more, usurpations of our rights as did our founding fathers.

Think about future generations. Surely it is not just our right, but it is our duty to dissolve our allegiance to this entity (government or corporation, however you see it) and to establish new guards for our security and prosperity.

The history is there for us to see. 1871, 1913, 1933, and now 2010 with the return of the Republic.

The more I think about what the powers that be have done to our country, the more angry I become. It’s time for us to get off our asses, get off our computers, put the beer and the television remote down, and stand up for rights, stand up for our country.

September 8th, at 11:00am in Kissimmie Florida, the Florida Republic will be holding a state-wide meeting. Whether you are behind this new government or would like to “de-bunk it”, I ask that you attend and simply get involved.

It’s now or never America. It’s time to take our country back.
