The more topics the more points for a lawer to win. Your going to have people that could have absulotly no actuall understanding of the situation and complexity of the lawyer able to over ride the decisions of people elected by the people to make the law. Completely based off how the law is proposed by some slick lawyer. I have to much interaction with the public to have near that kind of confidence in them.

Now is it as good as the super high priced no but is cheap ever better then expensive in a free market. The fact free is an option is nice. If every individual jury had the right to over ride the legislative and excutive branch it would still come down to the best lawyer. But that is totally up to the state there is no national way it should be. It’s like the “Republic” people from them to say that’s how it should be nationally is just as abusive as a lot of current federal powers. You could argue even saying states and local governments run a cretin way isn’t right according to there ideas.
