ClimateGate breaker James Delingpole goes deeper
1His new book “Watermelons” details how the fall of the Soviet Union led to a re-branding of communism into today’s green on the outside, red on the inside (there’s the clever part about Watermelons, get it?) political class and movements.
Delingpole’s new book details how the heart-wrenching tale of global warming is being used as a tool by these groups to install their vision of a communist utopia with their self-appointed visionaries at the head of it.
If that sounds like a conspiracy theory global check out some quotes from super-class politicians like Maurice Strong, or “green science” heros like author of “The Population Bomb“, Dr. Paul Ehrlich and Obama’s “science czar” John Holdren.
There is a consistent thread woven among them that hinges on a few key factors: 1) humans are a cancerous creature that is destroying the planet and must be controlled, 2) a global infrastructure is needed to enforce this system via taxation and other means of force, 3) overpopulation is a rampant problem and we must implement systems to sterilize the population and control it.

Hell has finally frozen over! Fritz Vahrenholt, one of the fathers of Germany’s environmental movement who has headed the renewable energy division of RWE, that country’s second largest utility company, has co-authored a new blockbuster book with geologist/paleontologist Sebastian Luning announcing that the climate catastrophe heralded by the U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has been called off.
Titled “The Cold Sun: Why the Climate Disaster Won’t Happen”, it raises a man-made blizzard of icily numbing challenges to IPCC competence in general, and to their exaggerated attributions of CO2 greenhouse warming influence in particular.
Such charges from a prominent socialist and former global warming doctrine apostle have really taken the alarmist community by storm…and their symbolic timing as Germany has been experiencing its worst cold snap in 26 years made the message even more dramatic. Three of Germany’s most widely read news publications, Bild, Der Spiegel, and Die Welt immediately took notice, releasing skeptical climate science articles in their print and on-line editions.
The initial Bild article titled “The CO2 Lie” addressed “What the IPCC of the U.N. doesn’t tell you”, and then asks, “…what if the IPCC is wrong? Can we really blindly trust these experts? Are they really independent?” They then conclude, “The phenomenal prognoses of heat from the IPCC are pure fear-mongering.” Part 2 titled “There Hasn’t Been Any Global Warming In 12 Years!” emphasizes that CO2 is not that potent of a gas, and that a doubling would lead to only a 1.1°C temperature increase.
Yet the IPCC fudges the models so that they produce a much higher increase because of the assumed water-vapor amplifier. This assumption is really on shaky ground.
Bild notes that while soot also is a major contributor and that a recent study shows that it was seriously underestimated just a few years ago, “…the IPCC decision-makers are fighting tooth and nail against accepting the roles of the oceans, sun, and soot.”Accordingly, IPCC models are completely out of whack. “The facts need to be discussed sensibly and scientifically, without first deciding on the results.”

I have seen apparent proof that the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), Criminal Division, is working with United Kingdom police to pursue the leaker of the 2009 and 2011 “Climategate” emails.
I have learned that last week DOJ sent a search-and-seizure letter to the host of three climate-change “skeptic” blogs. Last night, UK police raided a blogger’s home and removed computers and equipment.
The leaked records derailed “cap-and-trade” legislation in the U.S. and, internationally, as well as talks for a successor to the Kyoto Protocol. The emails and computer code were produced with taxpayer funds and held on taxpayer-owned computers both in the US and the UK, and all were subject to the UK Freedom of Information Act, the U.S. Freedom of Information Act and state FOIA laws.
They also were being unlawfully withheld in both the UK (by the University of East Anglia) and the U.S. (Department of Commerce’s National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), including stonewalling me for two years, and three other requesters for longer).
The hunt involving U.S. and UK law enforcement agencies is now escalating. On Wednesday night UK time, six detectives with the UK police (Norfolk Police Department) raided the home of at least one blogger, removing his equipment to look for clues to the identity of leaker “FOIA 2011.”
On December 9, DOJ sent a preservation letter under 18 U.S.C 2703(f) to the publication platform (website host) WordPress. This authority authorizes the government to request an Internet Service Provider (ISP) to preserve all records of a specific account for 90 days while the feds work on a warrant.

A bad day on The Sun
0Looking at videos like these it seems like madness to think that changes in solar cycles can’t affect our climate. Just look at the massive explosions, fireballs and solar flares streaming from the surface of the Sun. We don’t have a nice ball of light and warmth in the center of our galaxy, we have a raging, exploding, maelstrom of unpredictable fury constantly blowing itself to pieces and reassembling.
Don’t tell that to Al Gore though, he has carbon checks to cash!

My money is on The U.N. declaring that there is “nothing significant” about the manipulation, but I have been wrong before and will be wrong again…

The U.N.’s decision this week to investigate whether some of its climate change research had been manipulated constitutes a “direct rebuke” of the Obama administration, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) said Friday.
The White House’s unwillingness to open a similar inquiry could now only be characterized as “a sad abdication of their responsibility to ensure that U.S. policies are not driven by corrupted science and data,” the congressman added.
“The very integrity of the report that the Obama administration has predicated much of its climate change policy has been called into question and it is unconscionable that this administration and Congress is willing to abdicate responsibility of uncovering the truth to the United Nations,” explained Issa, the ranking member on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
Motivating Issa’s calls for a probe into climate change research, and the U.N.’s decision to launch one, was the publication last month of thousands of e-mails and other documents that global warming skeptics say prove the phenomenon does not exist.
Some of those e-mails contained discussions about how to best portray data sets, among other topics. Scientists maintain their comments have been taken out of context, but those who fiercely oppose the climate change thesis argue the e-mails invalidate all the research.
The U.N. announced it would probe that data this week, mostly because some of the research in question touches on related work either completed or promoted by its own Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
But the White House has largely dismissed the litany of Republican calls to open an inquiry into that research — Issa’s included — because its top scientists contend one controversy hardly undermines decades of more reliable research on climate change.
“It is important to understand that these kinds of controversies and even accusations of bias and improper manipulation are not all that uncommon in science, in all branches of science,” said Dr. John Holdren, the president’s science adviser.
