Former IRS Enforcement Agent Joe Banister discusses his journey
0Mr. Banister’s gut-wrenching journey from acclaimed IRS investigator to intensely persecuted critic of The IRS and the government’s rampant corruption is an incredible piece of American history.
This information should be considered by all Americans, Mr. Banister is an incredibly brave and honorable man for acting as he has and being willing to take the slings and arrows and speaking out for the truth.
I think we at least owe him an honest listen and a deep thought about his observations and experiences that culminated in a felony tax crime charge and incredibly a not-guilty verdict.
If you like a good rant…
0Dylan Ratigan let’s loose a banger. Keep your eyes out for the rest of the office listening in to him lose it in the background. There are a few points I don’t agree with, but he’s mostly dead-on.
Former IRS Special Agent Joe Banister exposes tax corruption
2*featured post from May 12th to May 19th, scroll down for more!
There are plenty of people in the “tax protest” world, but not one that can match the track record and credibility of former IRS Special Agent Joe Banister.
Far beyond a CPA with a badge and a license to audit; Mr. Banister was a high-caliber, fully armed investigator on even ground with an FBI agent. His character, intellect and integrity were so apparent and proven to his superiors—and the US Government—that he earned the right to carry his firearm while flying on fully-loaded commercial aircraft. To this day, he is the only IRS Special Agent to quit the agency and become an advocate against their corruption.
Our discussion details his incredible journey from CPA and “in the matrix” IRS investigator to full-bore activist and anti-corruption advocate spreading the message that we need to investigate the IRS, challenge our assumptions about it, and equip ourselves with knowledge so that we may live authentic lives based in Truth—not fearful existences kowtowing to de facto force within the cold bars of our own self-made prisons.
Neither Mr. Banister nor I advocate anyone to stop paying their taxes. However, if this information is appealing, interesting or exciting to you; please devote your available time to researching the details of The IRS and study the materials at his site: FreedomAboveFortune.com so that you have the lawful fortitude should you choose to act upon your research.
Like so many great discoveries, Mr. Banister’s journey began with a simple twist of fate and an interview on The Geoff Metcalf Show with Devvy Kidd on the topic of IRS corruption and the allegedly false ratification of the United States income tax.
For a feature length documentary into this incredible field of research and much more, check out the late, great, Aaron Russo’s America: Freedom to Fascism (with appearances by Mr. Joe Banister).
*In between parts 1 and 2 there is some missing time due to a malfunction; however the story still flows smoothly.
Prof William Black: “Massive Illegality, fraud” in banking system
0Former regulator, William Black goes hard after the big banks and details with incredible precision how we got to where we are today.
Case in point: the acquisitions by Bank of America and Citigroup of Countrywide and Ameriquest; two separate transactions of incredibly corrupt predatory lenders and BoA and Citi saw as having desirable employees, management teams and corporate cultures. Why are they incredible corrupt? How about an $8.6B fine for Countrywide and a paltry $325M fine for Ameriquest.
According to William Black, the “unofficial de facto policy” is to let major bankers go free because the system is “too fragile” to pursue criminal charges.
While I agree there is going to be major upheaval in the stock market after major players start going to jail, but how much worse will the next crisis be if we allow these criminals to remain in power?
Sue The Federal Reserve?! “Yes, and we can win,” says former Navy Officer Dr. Richard Davis
3If you’re pissed about the bailouts, foreign wars and national debt; meet the guy that has a plan to end the madness of these events by attacking their cause: central banking and The Federal Reserve.
If America didn’t have a central bank (The FED), we wouldn’t be able to finance these projects with Uncle Sam’s credit card because The Fed issues our debt and signs the checks to the military/Wall Street/parasites.
Dr. Richard Davis is a Former Naval Officer (aircraft carriers, Navy Seals, the whole thing), inventor (over 350 patents and trademarks to his name), business man (over $1 billion in market cap for his companies) and a class one trauma surgeon in Tampa, FL.
Even if you love The Fed, think Tim Geithner is brilliant, and believe that suing them is ludicrous; I imagine we can at least agree that the man has proven his critical thinking chops and bare-minimum has the mental horsepower to come up with some pretty incredible ideas, strategies and concepts, yes?
Well then let’s see what he comes up with for central banking, an monetary system and form of government…
If you don’t watch all 5 videos, at least watch the first and the last–he delivers a pretty amazing surprise at the end.
Indefinite Detention? President Obama says OK!
0
The notion that someone can be locked up indefinitely without a charge is absolutely ludicrous. This insanity is proven by many cases of horrific treatment of “detainees” at Guantanamo Bay. Among them, is/was 48 year old Awal Gul who died in prison after nine years in Guantanamo–all of them spent without being charged.
If you have any glimmer of God-given mercy, compassion or just some plain old sympathy then take some action, make a wave, cause some ruckus and please help bring an end to this madness.
A bright, wonderful joyous futures awaits those willing to create it and seek God’s guidance, sponsorship and grace (if you’re an atheist or a New Ager please just pray to be led to the Truth, with a big T).
ATF caught ALLOWING guns into Mexico?!
0Their investigation with ATF agents found that over 2,500 guns were taken from American gun shops into Mexico during project “Gunrunner.”
Rest in peace Officer Brian Terry, sorry about all the corruption.
Hopefully your life will serve to end this madness.
Corruption, complicity cited at FOX by former journalists
0In one example, two reporters were bribed, threatened and taken to court after they reported on the dangers of Monsanto’s growth hormones in milk and the risk of cancer resulting from the use of their hormone supplements.
During a meeting with his manager, one of the journalists was told that his report didn’t matter and that “The news is what we say it is.”
Granted, out of mainstream news Fox the often the least offensive to the ideals of freedom, small government and low taxes; however there is still a deep, unrelenting chasm between much of the opinion presented on that channel and what I believe to be ideal government.
*The documentary was produced by the equally propagandist MoveOn.org and is a far cry from objective journalism. However the points they make are often legitimate and are needed if we are to claim that we are free thinking people working to better ourselves and our society. Propaganda is an incredibly dangerous weapon, we must be aware of it to live in reality and make informed decisions.
