How deep does the corruption of our country go? How complict are our politicians in fraud? Did something terrible happen to our Constitution and country in 1871?
The following is a solid summary of a topic I’ve spent a lot of time without a lot of success in studying: Is the United States being run by a de facto CORPORATE (CAPS intentional to show corporate status) impostor or a rightful Constitutional government?
What’s the difference?
The implications of this are extreme and one way or the other filter into every single aspect of our lives.
If the de facto government can be proven to be a fraudulent CORPORATE impostor that we voluntarily submit to, is it our duty to support the true and legitimate Constitution and withdraw ourselves from that system? Or, should we submit to the corruption, and “pick up our Cross to bear”? It’s a tough question I’m struggling mightily with today.

Fourth of July 2002 has come and gone, and Americans honored the holiday with a renewed patriotic fervor that reminded me of the Bicentennial celebrations of 1976. As is customary, traditional fireworks displays took center stage and scores of people turned out to witness the dazzling show in the summer sky. With mixed feelings, I sat with friends on a crowded Pennsylvania sidewalk beneath a glittering, mesmerizing explosion of color, pondering the keen sense of sadness and betrayal that overwhelmed my spirit. Looking around at the huge crowds gathered for the annual events, I thought silently, “We are not free.” In truth, we have not been a free people for a very long time.
We celebrate this day in honor of our “independence”. We call ourselves a free people in a land of liberty. Our anthems proudly sing the praises of this nation, and we raise our voices, wave our flags and join in song – but how many Americans realize they are not free? This is a myth perpetuated by the powers-that-be in order to avoid any major civil unrest, and to keep us all living under the thumb of a militaristic corporate Big Brother within the illusions that have been created for us. The truth of the matter is this: what freedom has not been stolen from us, we have surrendered willingly through our silence and ignorance. As Americans, most of us have no idea how our freedoms are maintained – or lost. Apparently, our ancestors didn’t have a good grasp of this either. It is sad, but it is also very true.
Don’t point to that beloved parchment, the Constitution, as a symbol of your enduring freedom. It is representative of a form of government which seemingly no longer exists in this country today. The Constitution has been thrown out the window, the Republic shoved aside and replaced with a democracy. The thing is; most people in this country remain unaware that this is so because they simply do not know the truth – what lies beyond the myths. Your so-called government is not going to tell you, either.
To even begin to understand what has happened to the Republic, we must look backward in time to the period following the Civil War. We must go back to the year 1871, which was the beginning of the decline of the Republic. When we examine what happened during that time in our history, we begin to piece together this troubling, perplexing puzzle that is “America” – only then should we answer as to whether we are indeed a “free” people or not. So, let’s roll backward into the past for a moment. It is time we learned what they didn’t teach us in school. It is far more interesting than what they DID tell us. I think you’ll stay awake for this lesson.

0This ties in with the corporate versus de jure debate on the differing forms of government at work in the world.
It’s tough for me to give a really articulate opinion on this because I don’t know much about the Moors, but given the fact this man successfully removes his son from the police car and the volume of apparently credible information I’ve read on the “CORPORATION OF THE UNITED STATES” and the “strawman” it does keep me pondering on this whole “corporate citizen” debate.
Anybody out there into similar research?

I have been distant recently as I wasn’t sure that this movement—or even politics in general—was really God’s Way out of MYSTERY BABYLON and that perhaps we were to truly goto the cross and walk as Jesus did to find our salvation through deep pain and suffering as the de facto government comes down around us. No matter what does come to pass, I will praise God’s Plan and rest in the Faith that all things are being worked to the Good.
After reading this Sunday afternoon during a worship meeting with friends—my version of church—I have been deep in prayer and meditation on it and frankly have gotten a mix of signals so I think we should still proceed with caution; however if we are to judge a tree by it’s fruits, then may this movement be “good in our sight?”
It is upon me to state I am not a member of the organization calling itself The Republic for the united States of America (intentional capitalization) and although they claim to have a remedy for the problems we face with our current de facto, corporate, fictional democracy I do not endorse their methods.

Given the incredible array of different “liberty movement” groups active in these States united one of our greatest challenges lies in finding where to invest our scarce resources of energy, focus and time.
What group is capable of manifesting the most change?
Which people are the most aligned with The Constitution?
How will the leadership of any group deliver on their promises and follow We The People’s political will?
All valid concerns, all needed questions….
If you’re a 9-12er, Campaign for Liberty devotee, a member of Young Americans for Liberty or other liberty groups, I believe you will get a significant return on your investment by considering the research of Mr. Clyde Cleveland and the movement to form “de jure” County Grand Juries while working to enforce and return to a “bottom-up government.”
You don’t need to be an engineer to know that the world is upside down right now; medicine destroys our health, religion destroys our spirituality, police destroy our law–despite having many great doctors, priests and police officers in the world.
This inversion extends all the way to the current state of being for our County, State and Federal governments. The Founders carefully, cautiously, and consciously hand-crafted every letter of Our Constitution to empower the local governments and We The People while restricting the federal government’s natural tendency to siphon power from We The People and rule by force rather than law.
In their brilliance, they outlined the need, power and Lawful superiority of the County Grand Juries that were supposed to delegate orders from The People, to the County, to the State, and finally on down to the errand boys at the federal level. Combined with a world-class military defense (NOT offense) this was an incredible formula that created more prosperity, production and peaceful happiness than the world had ever known.
But now we have a federal government than forcefully trumps State Law, a Federal Reserve that has helped create a $14.5T national debt, and a military that seeks to police the world bombing for peace while our people lose their homes, sanity and peace.
We stand with our backs at the edge of a great waterfall; with our heels past the point of no return and our toes ready to spring to action if only we could see the rocks before us that we could hop across to safe shores.
This my brothers and sisters, appears to be one of the rocks, and a powerful tool to supplement our collective efforts—no matter what groups we current ally with.
The 14th Amendment scandal continues
0Here’s one from my buddy Bruce Ray Riggs at DirtyUnlceSam.com. He’s a backwoods Florida boy that can quote Black’s Law Dictionary, The Constitution, The Magna Carta and The Bible with stunning depth, accuracy and scale. You gotta like guys like that.
His speech from The Continental Congress in 2009 centers on the allegations of “corporate citizenship” resulting from The 14th Amendment and the “corporation of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.”
The capitalization is intentional. All corporations must print their names in all CAPS, it is the law–just look at any legal documents, your birth certificate or your tax bill.
Proponents of this idea (right or wrong I’m not sure yet but I like listening to them) advocate the “strawman theory” that extolls the belief that your birth certificate, driver’s license and tax bill (among others) are printed in CAPS because they are actually charged to your corporate, “strawman” entity that was put up as collateral after The United States bankruptcy in 1933 (see the below video).
Why aren’t they addressed to you in Normal Capitalization? Because—if these researchers are correct—the current de facto government doesn’t have jurisdiction over You; they have it over YOU. I realize this seems like lunacy and maybe I’m wrong; I often am.
However if it is true and we can remedy this situation by “re-inhabiting” the de jure Republic that predates this corporate entity and has higher Lawful standing, return to the supreme Common Law without income or property taxes (just a couple among hundreds of money-saving benefits) and massively shrink the leviathan of modern government we will unleash a wave of prosperity that the world has never before seen.
Just close your eyes, sit up straight and visualize what life would be like for you and your family if you could eliminate those expenses and devote the money to starting a new business, eliminating your debt or getting trained in a new profession…
If you’re scared that we will bankrupt the country (again) by doing this, check into The Grace Commission report created during President Reagan’s time in office.
Here’s an excerpt from their findings: “100% of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal Debt… all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services taxpayers expect from government.”

Ken Cousins on The Republic for the united States of America
0A very interesting video from Ken Cousens on how to get your head around what “the republic” is, how much power sovereign individuals have within it, and the power of this movement once critical mass is reached.
Again, I am not 100% sold on the organization known as “The Republic for the united States” but I am enthralled by the research and am fervently studying the intricacies of common vs. admiralty law, the history of the corporation of the UNITED STATES (capitalization intentional as ALL CAPS denotes a corporation in law), and how we can flip the system on it’s head by returning to the true vision of The Founding Fathers, The Constitution and a bottom-up Republic.
Worried that this sounds treasonous? Maybe you’ll want to re-read the first line of The Declaration of Independence:

Here’s another very interesting video taken from “Esoteric Agenda” that outlines similar topics; especially how free Americans were put up as collateral to international banking syndicates and why our Birth Certificates are actually claims of ownership within admiralty law.
Why does that matter you ask? Well, I could be wrong and often am, but as I currently understand, admiralty law is subordinate to Natural Law and if we remove ourselves from the corporate jurisdiction of admiralty law we are able to eliminate our liability for the taxation, regulation, and restriction created by this system.
Anyone else out there that would like to stop having to pay income taxes, property taxes, and never have to go back to a DMV?
If this turns out to be BS, fine–all I know is that I’m going to end up debunking this thing or become one of it’s biggest advocates, I can’t see a third option.

For the last few months I have become moderately obsessed with seemingly paradigm-shifting research into allegations that America actually has two governments; one is a corporate “de facto” LEGAL government that came into power after America’s bankruptcy at the end of the civil war; and the other is the true, LAWFUL (much different than legal), “de jure” Constitutional government that our Founding Fathers gifted to us by revolution, fortified in The Declaration of Independence and detailed by The Constitution.
“So what” you ask?
IF true, this is vital, critical and must-know for a number of reasons:
1) The income tax may have been illegitimately passed into law and under examination is clearly un-Constitutional. If the people promoting “the de jure republic” are successful then we can form lawful grand juries within the “de jure government” and nullify the income tax so that we no longer pay it! How about you getting an instant 30-50% raise this year?! If you think the government will go broke check out President Regan’s Grace Commission Report on income taxes that showed all collected income taxes go to pay interest on international bankers loans–none is used for schools, roads or hospitals…
2) Property taxes: if you own your land, why do you pay property taxes?! This organization claims to have found the laws that detail why you actually DON’T own your property and how the government is able to extort taxes from you illegally. Within the “de jure” republic, there will be no property taxes and you will lawfully OWN your property–more detail on this soon.
3) There aren’t many logical arguments that can made to prove that America is NOT in a serious debt and currency crisis. It is possible that America’s debt payments might soon be so high that they will be impossible to pay we will be in default–this could be disastrous. Within “the de jure republic” there will be a new currency backed by commodities that can’t be manipulated by central bankers–if legitimate, this is MASSIVE. Mr. Cleveland is on the monetary board for “the republic” and will provide more detail on this in the near future.
All of these benefits and many more are LAWFUL according to The Constitution and Declaration of Independence. Let’s remember that little phrase in The Declaration of Independence that says, “[when the government becomes destructive] it is the Right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government.”
